Refund policy

At Celare, we take pride in offering fragrances of exceptional quality. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thecelare.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@thecelare.com.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased during final sale promotions.
